Built Tough for Hard-Working Industrial Environments

High temperatures, heavy mechanical wear, and aggressive process chemicals mean your heating gear needs to last. From flexible heated hoses and silicone surface mats to trace heating cables, insulation jackets, and electrical control panels, we build our entire product range using heavy-duty, industrial-grade materials. Every component is engineered to prevent thermal loss, maintain precise temperature control, and handle the daily wear and tear of a busy shop floor.

Because we manufacture and assemble systems right here in our UK workshop, we aren’t limited to standard off-the-shelf catalog parts. Whether you need custom hose lengths, specific surface mat dimensions, bespoke control panel layouts, or non-standard electrical voltages, we tailor the build to fit your exact setup. Before any unit leaves our facility, it undergoes 100% electrical safety and operational testing. You get straightforward, reliable surface heating equipment that’s ready to install, simple to run, and built for the long haul.

Yes, the vast majority of our thermal equipment is built to order in our UK workshop. We regularly manufacture flexible heated hoses in non-standard lengths, custom diameters, specific voltage requirements (110V, 230V, or 400V 3-phase), and with specialized end fittings or integrated thermocouple types (Type K, PT100, etc.) to match your existing equipment seamlessly.

Because we manufacture here in the UK, our lead times are significantly faster than importing custom components from overseas. Standard replacement lines and common custom hose builds are often produced and dispatched within a few working days, while complex multi-zone control panels or specialized bespoke designs typically take 1–2 weeks depending on component availability.

Safety is paramount when working with high electrical power and elevated temperatures. Every single heated hose assembly, mat, and control panel undergoes 100% rigorous quality and safety testing before leaving our facility. This includes high-voltage dielectric insulation testing (Flash testing), earth continuity checks, sensor calibration verification, and pressure testing where applicable.

Yes. We supply heating equipment tailored for strict hygiene and chemical compatibility standards. Our heated hoses can be built with smooth, FDA-compliant PTFE inner liners that resist chemical attack and prevent product contamination during transfer. For washdown or cleanroom environments, we also offer stainless steel braided or smooth outer silicone hygienic sleeves that are easy to wipe down and sterilize.

Yes, we offer ATEX-certified surface heating solutions—including explosive-atmosphere trace heating cables, hazardous-area drum heaters, and explosion-proof control assemblies. If your plant operates in a designated Zone 1 or Zone 2 hazardous area, let our technical team know during your enquiry so we can specify equipment that meets strict ATEX and IECEx compliance standards.

If the internal electrical heating element or core line is severely severed or burned out, full replacement is usually the safest and most cost-effective option. However, if the damage is limited to an outer scuff guard, a worn end-fitting, or a damaged power connection cable, we can often refurbish or re-sleeve the hose at our UK workshop. Contact us with photos of the damaged unit, and our technical team will assess if a repair is feasible.

Yes. If you have an existing heated hose from another manufacturer or an overseas machinery OEM that needs replacing, you don’t have to buy expensive original parts. Send us the specs, hose length, voltage, electrical connector type, and thread size—or ship the old hose to our UK workshop—and we can manufacture a direct plug-and-play replacement with fast turnaround times.
