A fully British time-served toolmaker & engineer since 1972. Still working full-time & on-site, I can travel to any destination across the globe to help design, manufacture & install custom flexible heated hoses and associated products.

We take pride in being able to move very fast, efficiently and deliver in a timely manner to meet your critical deadlines or emergencies.

Notwithstanding, I have decades of commercial and industrial electrical & electronics repair and installation experience behind me, as well as associated wiring design in the following products:

Henry - Quality Inspector

The role is dedicated to ensuring that each hose is built with strength reliability and safety in mind. Company Formed

With over a decade of toolmaking and general machining work, in 2006 it all started from a small rented insudtrial unit in the famous brass stampings area of Digbeth Birmingham, initially meeting the UK market demands and including some very bespoke engineering based parts designing and manufacturing along the way, over these 4 years it soon became apparent that a little more floor space would be required whilst receiving some overseas enquiries.

Purchased own larger premises

With a steady flow of overseas orders and some stringent tolerances and standards for our client compliance requirements, we needed a new well designed manufacturing floor plan to accomodate stage process stations and tables, this move would bring in some much needed capacity to have components and materials stored and available at hand & ready to go into manufacture, thus keeping our clients happy with the knowledge that we are not waiting for parts, but are full speed ahead on getting the order made and shipped out.
During this same period we were now also designing and manufactuirng Bespoke Heating Systems, this includes, but not limited to :

Expansion of Overseas Orders

Since 2015 we have now been quite busy developing relationships via order enquiries we had received from new international companies/Governments in the countries listed below, we have infact traveled to most of these customers countries as we offer a complete design, manufacture & install service, backed up with gurantees and technical advise, both on site or via a scheduled remote meeting.
We also do Emergency work for critical situtaions of business continuity or health & safety related issues requiriung super-fast turnaround, we do this nationally & internationally.

Canadian Government Special Order

Having now moved into moderately larger own premises, and having put in a manufacturing protocol with the ability to isolate every manufacturing stage, we were well prepared for the contract we received from the Canadian Government to manufacture EXtra Long and very bespoke Flexible Heated Hoses of varying technical specifications, the single largest challenge was the EXtra Long leghnths and the hand crafted export packing to maintain the integraty & stability over some several thousends miles in a containership, some flexible heated hoses leghnths exceeding 12 metres with relatively large diamiters. The Move To our current existing premises

Since 2015, we have been quite busy on international orders for EXtra Large & now EXtremely Long flexible heated hoses. It was decided that we needed dedicated access for large articulated trucks to be able drive in and out with a shipping container on board, this allows us to carefully & safely load our customers precious orders without being rushed due to on site traffic or parking issues. We had taken the investment decision for the loing term future & security of the company, this had resulted in the purchase of a small, but entire industrial estate complex with our own private gated access, complete with 24/7 CCTV and ample car & truck parking space.
We now occupy some some 30,000 SqFt with ample additional room for growth of our core services offering.
